“light works” is the random meeting of two artists who used light to give a new idiom to their artworks. A dialogue that goes beyond the work itself, which emanates the strenght escorting the stroke, the drawing, be it traced on wood with a laser or drawn with a ink pen on a simple blank paper.
In the work CUBO DI GABO – M³.N, Gabriele Dal Dosso approaches and matches two natural materials such as wood and glass to concretize a new chapter of the CUBO DI GABO series, making this time an illusion out of it, got from the origin of his reflection, taking the cue from the Möbius band stucture, thus setting in a double image, drawing and neon, the 2D reproduction of one of his philosophical objects.
In the “Le Démon à l’Âge Classique” (French for “ The Classic Age Dæmon”) Max Blotas establishes a big, non exhaustive index of lugubrious sets. This drawn collection of places will eventually help realize a brand new grimoire of (black) magic on an electronic ink book.
“light works” est la rencontre aléatoire de deux artistes qui ont utilisé la lumière pour donner un nouvel idiome à leurs œuvres. Un dialogue qui va au-delà du travail lui-même, que dégage la force qui escorte le trait, le dessin, qu’il soit tracé sur bois avec un laser ou tracé avec un stylo à encre sur un simple papier blanc.
Dans l’œuvre CUBO DI GABO – M³.N, Gabriele Dal Dosso approche deux matériaux naturels comme le bois et le verre pour concrétiser un nouveau chapitre de la série CUBO DI GABO, en le rendant, cette fois, une illusion obtenue à partir de l’origine de sa réflexion, s’inspirant de la structure de ruban de Möbius, en mettant ainsi “en double image”, dessin et néon, la reproduction 2D d’un de ses objets philosophiques.
Dans “Le Démon à l’Âge Classique” Max Blotas constitue un grand index non exhaustif de décors lugubres. Cette “collection dessinée” de lieux servira, à terme, dans la réalisation d’un tout nouveau grimoire de magie (noire) sur livre à encre électronique.
